Complaints refused by Police Scotland:
– evidence of medical fraud.
– pharmaceutical drugs mis-sold.
– harm caused by covid restrictions (people tortured in isolation, treated like prisoners).

The Alan Spiers directive
Below is the Alan Spiers directive which was communicated to Police Scotland constables (even though ACC Alan Spiers held no authority to circumvent police recording and investigating procedure).
Secret policing
The Alan Spiers directive instructed police constables to NOT record complaints and instead TO ADD names (of ‘suspects’) to the Scottish Intelligence Database (SID). This enabled their slimy undercover counterparts to set about responsible, law-abiding citizens who attempted to report crimes.

A dirty, undercover police operation ‘Police Scotland Angels’ was set up in Scotland which targeted law-abiding individuals TO SILENCE THEM. This was exposed in two articles by Legal Lens after mountains of evidence was provided by activists in Scotland proving ‘Police Scotland Angels’ was a state-backed intelligence gathering operation.
Framing operations
Citizens acting responsibly weren’t just treated like criminals and covertly spied upon (breaching Article 8 Respect for private and family life), they were also the target of relentless framing operations until one succeeded to gain a conviction. At a guess hundreds of criminal convictions were gained in this disgusting manner in Scotland.
SECRET POLICING IS HOW SCOTLAND IS POLICED TODAY. Uniformed police pass on names and details to the intelligence services (of anyone whose actions/opinions oppose the government’s).
Covert policing tactics in Scotland are extremely similar to ‘zersetzung’ tactics used by The Stasi in East Germany which were designed to deconstruct the individual – by spying-on, spreading rumour, smearing, disorientating, blackmailing, honey-trapping and criminalising those deemed a threat to the Communist government.
During “covid” police forces were really busy but none of their actions were designed to help the people who pay their wages.

***NEW** Sinister data-sharing uncovered between Police Scotland & NRS
A data-sharing agreement has been uncovered between Police Scotland and National Records of Scotland (NRS) which was used to transfer IDENTIFIABLE data involving police enforcement of coronavirus regulations to NRS’s Indexing Team.
The forename, surname, d.o.b, sex, postcode of over 20,000 individuals who received Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) were passed WITHOUT CONSENT to the National Records of Scotland Indexing Team on the back of Edinburgh University academic, Susan McVie carrying out research in the “public interest”. The public whose IDENTIFIABLE data was shared by Police Scotland to the National Records of Scotland which can fish out their spouse, parents, siblings, children etc. TO IDENTIFY THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY were not consulted.
No one in their right mind would consent to this.
McVie’s research paper is titled Investigating the association between health vulnerabilities and police enforcement during the Covid-19 pandemic: A novel study using linked administrative data in Scotland
While McVie didn’t see the identifiable data of more than 20,000 individuals linked to police enforcement, staff working in the National Records of Scotland Indexing Team must have seen it prior to anonymising it.
McVie’s “research” requested to determine
– covid test information
– covid vaccination status
from dissidents health records. In the end only test information was provided due to the vaccine roll out not being completed in time. Next time she’ll know to wait a bit longer before asking.
Scotland was the only country of the 4 nations where police implemented a separate system which logged CoronaVirus Incidents (CVI).
CVI coding (the bigger picture)
The people of Scotland have been used as guinea pigs to implement a system of terror against dissidents.
Police Scotland facilitated this terror with CVI coding.
In my case I did breach legislation. I did not breach coronavirus regulations. I was arrested for no reason and a CVI code added because my thinking did not align with the government’s.

Communist governments can learn a thing or two from Police Scotland.
Two things happen when a member of the public reports a crime in Scotland
1) nothing (unless it is a conviction category the Scottish Government wants to increase).
2) their name is added to a database (not as a complainer).
A name in SID (Scottish Intelligence Database) kicks off harassment from a mob of CHIS thugs. CHIS = Covert Human Intelligence Source. These thugs ARE made up of seasoned criminals who do the bidding of the top criminal class. CHIS spy on, smear, harm, frame people who report crimes (especially crimes involving public servants who CHIS agents are trained to protect).
A name in VPD or IVPD allows social work and psychiatry services to harass complainers. Single parents are particularly at risk. Cases are built to put people away (who are mentally healthy) in psychiatric hospitals and in prison. One goal is to forcibly remove children. Foster care/adoption is an extremely profitable business and requires a constant stream of children.
